Envisioned in the heart of Georgia, the Spirit Underground Liberation Retreat Center will be a sacred sanctuary for holistic healing, emotional resilience, and mental well-being, where community and inner peace converge in harmony. • Daylong Events & Gatherings

We will host gatherings for 50 to 100 people, centered on mindfulness, meditation, and somatic therapies. These events provide a supportive space for healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma, fostering resilience through compassionate communication and community care.

• Residential Retreats

Our multi-day retreats offer immersive experiences focused on mental and emotional healing. Through mindfulness-based practices, yoga, and nature-based therapies, participants will find tools for addressing stress, burnout, and trauma in a nurturing environment.

• Holistic Wellness Programs
